My Bio

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1986 and my Master of Science degree in gene expression in 1989, both from the University of Toronto.  I was then employed by the Centre of Forensic Science, as a Forensic Biologist for nearly ten years.  I began my training and education in energetic healing modalities in 1998. I am now a Certified Quantum Biofeedback Specialist, Reiki Master, Crystal Therapist, Licenced Spiritual Health Coach and Life and Business Coach.  I have been offering healing services to clients since 2002 and currently operate a full time practice in Uxbridge Ontario, offering quantum biofeedback consulting, coaching and intuitive counselling services to assist my clients to access their hearts' desire and make it a reality.

My Journey

For the last 12 plus years, I have been on a path of self discovery and healing.  I have experienced physical, mental/emotional and spiritual obstacles along the way and have learned to see them as challenges; each one bringing an opportunity to address the true issues that my heart longs to heal and my mind seeks to avoid.  Healing the separation between my head and my heart is an ongoing process of conscious evolution.  This has been a tremendous learning time for me personally.  I am so grateful to all the challenges because they are what has made me the woman I am today.  That doesn't mean it all felt good at the time, quite the contrary!  Yet, having the knowledge and the experience of each challenge has made the next one a bit easier to face, knowing there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Because I am a scientist, I have come to view the journey as a process, yet because I am also a spirit, I view it as being limitless and full of magic.  The scientist in me has pushed me to explore body/mind research, the new biology and quantum physics.  The spirit in me has led me into meditation, visualization and energy healing.  It is my journey that has brought me to the services I offer. The ability to heal oneself resides within each of us and I feel blessed to serve as a catalyst for others, knowing that we do this journey together, since, as both the worlds of Science and Spirit confirm - WE ARE ONE.  

The 'Big Picture' (as I see it)

The vision I hold of my service begins with the understanding that as individual client's work with me they let go of stress and step into a place of learning how to take responsibility for their health and their lives. They make the connections between their limiting beliefs,thoughts, past traumas and their physical well-being. They learn to step out of the " ego self" and embrace a bigger picture of themselves as part of the Oneness and a powerful co-creator of their life experience. The work we do shifts the vibration of their body - on all levels (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual). The separation they have felt dissolves as they release blockages to embodying their True Self. This is an alchemical process and involves a Quantum Leap in Consciousness. Ultimately, they gain deep awareness into why certain events in their life have been necessary, albeit painful. This then paves the way for the healing of soul wounds that may have been holding them in a place of fear and powerlessness.  When this quantum/alchemical shift has occurred they are then ready to go the next step into conscious creation of all aspects of their lives. Sessions then shift into supporting the new paradigm for their lives.

From this vantage point, the work functions to assist in the clearing of the collective consciousness of limiting thought forms and beliefs. As each client releases their traumas, fears and victim energies and becomes an empowered conscious being they lay down a new pattern for the collective and this new pattern then becomes a possibility for others. From this place, clients are ready to experience their infinite nature and We move closer to Heaven on Earth! I am passionate about the process of conscious awakening that is happening all around the world.  I truly believe that as we each heal our wounds and expand into our True Selves we will also heal this earth and humanity.
